Streets Sewerage Retaining Walls Water Bores Construction Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works including PCC streets, PCC roads, sewerage lines, retaining walls and provision of water bores at Jallo Phases I to V, Lassan Thakral Phases I and II, Datta, Khawari, Behali, Lassan Nawab, Sawan Maira, Phulra, Parhina, Jallo and Lassan Thakral. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration with relevant specialization codes, active NTN, KPRA registration and C&W enlistment. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS and original bid security shall be submitted in a sealed financial bid. Bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer estimate, tender fee, additional security and detailed rate analysis where applicable shall be provided in accordance with KPPRA notifications. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later after technical evaluation.
