Public Infrastructure Water Supply Upgradation Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works including construction of twin latrines, PCC street pavements, drains, culverts, retaining walls, waiting sheds, upgradation of drinking water supply schemes, solarization of existing bore systems, construction of overhead water tanks and beautification with PCC roads at Sagi Shinwari in Upper Mohmand. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess Pakistan Engineering Council Category C-5 or above with relevant specialization codes and active FBR and KPRA registration. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost together with additional security where applicable shall be submitted through EPADS and in original before bid closing. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date and rates more than 20% below the Engineer estimate shall require detailed rate analysis.
