Hospital Medicines Medical Equipment Consumables Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory chemicals, laboratory apparatus, special chemistry machine on reagent rental basis, medicines, vaccines, medicines for Mustahigeen-e-Zakat patients, disposable surgical items, spirit, ACD bags, ultrasound items, anesthesia and operation theatre items, stationery, printing items, X-ray films, dental items, medical gases including oxygen, bedding, clothing, dressing uniforms, protective clothing and other contingencies including washing, cleaning, general maintenance, plumbing and electricity items for the financial year 2026-2027. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR, EPADS and KPRA and upload all mandatory documents as a single PDF while submitting original CDR before bid closing. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on 30-07-2026. Rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 under framework contract provisions.
