Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through the RAMS Unit invites shortlisted consulting firms to submit proposals through EPADS under the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method for Consultancy Services for Developing an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual across C&W Line Departments and development of a Building Facility Management System (BFMS). The consultancy falls under ADP No. 1356-251056 titled "F/S and Design of Roads, Bridges, Aerial Ropeways, Assessment of Public Buildings in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Provision for Institutional Strengthening". Interested firms, consortiums and joint ventures shall submit technical and financial proposals through EPADS. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on 14-07-2026.
