Procurement shall be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Bid security of 500,000.00 is required. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. Corrigendum applies and the revised closing date is used. Bid opening is scheduled at 12:30 AM.
