Rental Office Space Regional Registration Centers Tender Notice
Description
Lease of office accommodation for registration centers at Terri, Barisko, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Chamkani, Shah Alam, Madyan, Danday, Samir and Totalai. Required premises must provide covered space as specified for each location with public and staff washrooms, independent entrance, main road access, secure location, public transport accessibility, dedicated three-phase electrical connection, preference for dedicated transformer, water facility, wheelchair ramp, space for signboards and generator, rooftop for satellite dish, transmitter and solarization system, sufficient public queue and parking area, and must not be constructed on encroached land. Preferred tenancy period is 10 years. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Procurement using Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage-Two Envelope with separate technical and financial bids. Technical proposals shall include ownership documents, CNIC, building fitness certificate, undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper, building photographs, approved site plan and representative authorization where applicable. Financial proposal shall include owner consent stating monthly rent and covered area with prices inclusive of all taxes. Eligible registered bidders shall submit electronic bids through EPADS only. Bids not complying with requirements, alternate or conditional proposals, unsigned, unstamped, late or non-EPADS submissions shall be rejected. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM.
