Description
Hiring of civil transport services for a defence unit from experienced transport contractors registered with GST and Professional Tax under PPRA Rules 2004. Preference shall be given to contractors already working with defence organizations or holding defence experience certificates. Procurement shall be conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope request for proposal procedure. Bid security of 1,860,000.00 is required. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:00 AM.
