Auction of scrap materials on an as-is where-is basis under a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Earnest money of 8,000.00 is required. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: The procurement covers scrap disposal, surplus materials, salvage items, recyclable materials and public auction of obsolete assets.
