Multimedia System Installation Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of a multimedia system in two rooms of the Management Block at UHS Jinnah Campus KSK. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible sole manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities may participate. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,100,243 and the required refundable bid security is Rs. 22,005 representing 2% of the estimated amount in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or online payment. Electronic bids shall be submitted through PEPS and opened at 03:30 PM. Pro Tip: This procurement includes multimedia systems, audio visual equipment, presentation systems, classroom technology, display equipment and installation services through electronic public procurement.
