Mess Dry Daily Use Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of grocery items and ration - chicken, mutton, beef and eggs - dairy items - vegetables and fruits for the Cadet Mess during 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible general order suppliers registered with the Income Tax Department and having relevant experience may participate. Separate bids are required for each category. Bid securities are Rs.150,000 for grocery items, Rs.75,000 for meat items, Rs.45,000 for dairy items and Rs.27,000 for vegetables and fruits in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: This food procurement includes ration supplies, fresh meat, dairy products, vegetables, fruits and institutional catering supplies through competitive public procurement.
