Thompson Retractor Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Thompson retractors comprising 2 units. Electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers or authorized distributors in Pakistan registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on least cost basis under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 17,761,841 and the required bid security is Rs. 355,237 representing 2% of the estimated amount and shall be submitted electronically. Delivery terms are CPT. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17-07-2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 180 days.
