Annual Goods Repair Services Procurement Tender Notice

Framework procurement for the financial year 2026-27 including hot and cold items - mobil oil - printing items - stationery - computer stationery - other items - tent and tarpaulin items - sports items - transport repair services - machinery and equipment repair - furniture and fixture repair - beds and boxes - furniture and fixtures - exhibition items - plant and machinery - training aids - medicines - physical assets - computer hardware - IT equipment - hardware and software. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate envelopes. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost and a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value are required. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later.
