Seasonal Flower Seeds Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of seasonal flower seeds for the financial year 2026-27. Open competitive bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies, contractors, suppliers and manufacturers may participate. Tender documents may be downloaded from PPRA and EPADS websites. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 4,526,189 and the required bid security is Rs. 226,309 to be submitted in the form of Bank Draft, CDR or Pay Order together with the original financial instrument. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded electronically before the closing time and bids will be opened at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
