Framework Operational Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for the financial year 2026-2027 including sports items - hot and cold items - entertainment and gifts - beds and boxes - miscellaneous items - other store items - exhibition items - lubricants - office stationery - computer stationery - printing and publication - miscellaneous and COVID items - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - feeding and keeping items. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in original before the submission deadline and performance guarantee ranging from 1% to 5% of the contract value shall be required. Technical samples and brochures are mandatory. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
