Winter Spring Flower Seeds Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of winter and spring flower seeds for the financial year 2026-27 on an annual framework contract basis including all seed species and quantities specified in the bidding documents. Open competitive bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible firms, authorized distributors, dealers and importers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable may participate. Item-wise lowest rates shall be accepted. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 35,609,250 and the required bid security is Rs. 712,185. Performance guarantee shall be furnished if required under PPRA Rules. Bids shall be submitted electronically and opened at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement includes flower seeds, seasonal seeds, horticulture supplies, landscaping materials, ornamental plant seeds, spring flowers and winter flowers through an annual framework contract using Punjab electronic procurement procedures.
