Quinoa Peas Produce Auction Tender Notice
Description
Public auction of agricultural produce comprising peas weighing 3,800 kilograms (95 maunds) and quinoa weighing 640 kilograms (16 maunds) at Pars Farm, Jhang Road, Faisalabad. Interested bidders shall provide a copy of their national identity card before participating and deposit a refundable bid security of Rs. 20,000 with the Auction Committee. The successful bidder shall pay one-third of the bid amount immediately, while the remaining amount shall be paid after approval by the competent authority. Delivery of the auctioned produce shall be allowed only after payment of all dues and applicable taxes. Advance income tax shall be deducted from filers and non-filers in accordance with applicable government laws. The produce shall be auctioned on an 'as is, where is' basis and no claim shall be entertained afterwards. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity and to approve or cancel the auction. If the auction is unsuccessful, it shall be held again on 03-08-2026 at 10:00 AM and, if necessary, on 06-08-2026 at 10:00 AM.
