Description
Procurement of furniture and fixtures for the Makerspace Punjab Project (EGOV-04). Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted separately through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 8,000,000 and the required fixed bid security is Rs. 160,000. Eligible bidders shall submit completed, signed and stamped electronic bids. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents shall accompany the bids. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office furniture, institutional furniture, workstations, tables, chairs, storage units, fixtures, interior furnishing and makerspace equipment support through electronic public procurement.
