Construction Improvement Roads Public Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Execute improvement, widening and construction of roads including JSR to Lagaf Stak Portions I to IV, Thowar to Lashithang and Baghicha to Khomrah Roundu Portion III, Dasso to Pano Tormik and Youching Bridge to Chumik road, link roads at Chansa Broq and Nang Broq Halqa-I Skardu Portions I and II, and construction of Animal Husbandry Dispensary at Nianur Shigari Kalan Chorpa. Sealed bids are invited under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure from experienced contractors, firms and joint ventures having valid PEC registration for 2026-27 with the relevant category and code. Tender form fees range from Rs.4,000 to Rs.10,000 depending on the work. Bidders shall furnish 2% bid security in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank and fulfill mandatory eligibility requirements including PEC registration, C&WD renewal, enlistment receipt, CNIC, no litigation and no blacklisting affidavit. Additional performance guarantee requirements apply for bids quoted more than 10% below the technical sanction estimate. Bid opening shall take place according to the individual schedules specified for each work.
