Procurement Of Transport Repair And Miscellaneous Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procure transport repair services, stationery, miscellaneous items, diet feed for sniffer dogs, and repair of machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed registered government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors. Bids shall be submitted through the single stage two envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Technical proposals shall carry 70% weightage and financial proposals 30% weightage. Bid security shall be furnished in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in the name of AIG Police Special Branch Gilgit-Baltistan, Gilgit, amounting to Rs.300,000 for Transport Repair and Rs.100,000 for each of the remaining categories. Eligible bidders must possess their own operational setup in Gilgit Town, at least three years of relevant experience, three years bank statements, registration certificate and vendor number. Stationery, miscellaneous items, diet feed for sniffer dogs, and repair of machinery and equipment tenders shall be subject to allocation of a budget exceeding Rs.1 million; otherwise procurement will be carried out through quotations under GB PPRA S.R.O. 1665(I)2023. Conditional, ambiguous and incomplete tenders shall not be accepted.
