Pelleted Fish Feed Trout Farms Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply pelleted fish feed of different sizes for the livestock requirements of Trout Fish Farm Soughar and Trout Hatchery Braq under the regular budget for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from local general order suppliers, dealers and government contractors. Tender documents are available from the office during working hours on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000. A bid security of 2% in the name of the Assistant Director Fisheries is mandatory. The successful bidder shall supply fish feed at the quoted rates throughout the financial year ending 30 June 2027 while maintaining the required quality. The supplier shall also provide live feed including liver, eggs and starter feed whenever required at the prevailing market rates. Bidders must have prior experience of supplying feed to a government fish farm, hatchery or a reputed private fish farm. Incomplete, ambiguous or conditional bids shall not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders and the tender committee. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any tender before acceptance and may forfeit the bid security for violation of tender conditions.
