E-bids are invited through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for annual procurement of goods, works and services including supply of materials, machinery, vehicles, general items and job work for operation, maintenance and repair works during the financial year 2026-27. Bidding documents are available on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.3,000 and each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of Rs.1,000,000 in the form of a call deposit. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, FBR, SRB and relevant tax authorities, possess active registrations, submit audit reports, tax returns, bank statements, machinery details, technical staff information and an affidavit confirming they have not been blacklisted. Bids shall be submitted electronically and opened on the specified date in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
