Third Party Infrastructure Vetting Consultant Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited for hiring a Third Party Vetting Consultant for infrastructure development works at Malir Industrial Park. Eligible consultants must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence, previous experience in infrastructure development works for Industrial Parks, Special Economic Zones, Industrial Estates or Housing Societies and enlistment with FBR and SRB. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. RFP documents may be obtained upon written request and payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.10,000 together with valid PEC, FBR and SRB registration certificates. Technical proposals consisting of one original and one copy shall be submitted by the prescribed time and opened on the same day. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be invited later.
