Description
Expression of Interest is invited from Oil Marketing Companies for development and operation of a fuel station facility at the DHA Business District and Pine Hills Phase-V. The proposed site comprises approximately 9.5 kanals with a monthly reserved base rent of Rs.2.5 million and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs.250 million in accordance with the prescribed terms and conditions. The opportunity is exclusively available to Oil Marketing Companies operating company-owned sites. Interested applicants shall submit company profile, relevant experience, financial capability and proposed concept within the prescribed submission period.
