Stitched Unstitched Uniform Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited for procurement of stitched and unstitched uniform items for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms must possess valid and active NTN and Sales Tax Registration, be included on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and participate through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Each bid shall be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration where permitted. Manual bids will not be accepted. Pro Tip: This textile procurement includes stitched uniforms, unstitched fabric, clothing, apparel, uniform materials and institutional garment supplies.
