Prequalification For General Repair And Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalify firms for general repair and maintenance works including repair and maintenance of office buildings, servicing and maintenance of HVAC plants, diesel generators, official vehicles, furniture and fixtures, lawns and gardens, machinery and equipment. Applications shall be submitted online through EPADS 2.0 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and hard copy submission is not allowed. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 100,000.00 is required and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Pro Tip: The prequalification covers building maintenance, HVAC servicing, generator maintenance, vehicle maintenance, facility management, equipment servicing and infrastructure maintenance works.
