Boundary Wall Main Gate Park Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a boundary wall and main gate for the formation of a park in Bilal Town. Bids are invited from contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with FBR, PRA, PPRA and the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21-07-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Committee Office, Jhelum. Bid security of PKR 284,378 equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the name of Municipal Committee Jhelum in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by the Bank of Punjab, with the original instrument submitted before the electronic bid submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and opened in the presence of bidders. The procuring authority may reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
