Dialysis Disposable Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the supply of dialysis and disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA. Active sales tax and income tax registered firms having established technical, financial and managerial capability and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI are eligible. Bidding documents are available from PPRA, PESSI and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value shall be submitted electronically with the e-bid. Technical bids will be opened on the same day after bid submission. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations. The procuring agency may cancel the tender under Rule 35.
