Supply Of Plants For Forest Plantation Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of plantation stock including Amaltas, Lagerstroemia, Kachnar, Tabebuia, Tecoma, Bottle Brush, Terminalia, ground cover plants, Budha Tree, Bakain, Gul-e-Mohar, Gull-e-Nishtar, Jacaranda, Neem, Peepal and Pilkan for replenishment plantation works during the year 2026-2027. Bids are invited from active sales tax and income tax registered firms. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated or bid cost shall be submitted online in favour of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Sahiwal before bid opening, with provision for submission before the Tender Opening Committee within the prescribed time where applicable. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors shall not be blacklisted and may be required to provide up to 10% performance guarantee. Tender opening will take place in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
