Hearing Aids Intraocular Lenses Supply Tender Notice

Framework contract for the supply of hearing aids and intraocular lenses for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA. Active sales tax and income tax registered firms having established technical, financial and managerial capability and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI are eligible. Bidding documents are available through PPRA, PESSI and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value shall be submitted electronically together with the e-bid. Technical bids will be opened on the same day after bid submission. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations. The procuring agency may cancel the tender under Rule 35.
