Construction works comprising providing and fixing of fence and other associated works at Distributary Canal 1/4L near Food Street. Bids are invited from contractors and firms registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR, PRA and PPRA. The procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 500,000 shall accompany the bid in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Okara, and the original instrument shall be submitted before the electronic bid submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be uploaded in PDF format and opened electronically. Conditional bids shall not be accepted. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Performance security shall be required where applicable under PPRA Rules.
