Human Resource Outsourcing Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of human resource outsourcing services for a one year contract through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids are invited from well reputed, experienced and tax registered bidders. Interested bidders may download the bidding documents containing evaluation criteria and terms and conditions from the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA website and the department website. Bids shall be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. A bid security of 5% of the estimated procurement price amounting to PKR 750,000 against an estimated procurement value of PKR 15,000,000 is required. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under national competitive bidding.
