Revamping Of Food Court Near Officers Colony Tender Notice
Description
Construction works for revamping of a food court near Officers Colony including all related civil works on item rate basis through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Only engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal are eligible to participate. Bid documents are available through the EPADS and PPRA websites. Bidders must submit electronic bids online and upload earnest money in the form of a CDR equal to 5% of the estimated or bid cost, while the original CDR must be submitted to the Opening Committee on the same day half an hour before bid opening. Bidders may attend the bid retrieval and opening session where quoted rates and the successful bidder will be announced. Submission of fake documents or fake CDRs will result in disqualification and recommendations for blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35, and recovery against old material will be adjusted manually during bid evaluation.
