Park Construction Town Complex Tajazai Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a park at Town Complex Tajazai under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure based on MRS-2025 and Non-MRS items. Bids are invited from government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with the Communication and Works Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy for the current financial year. Financial bidding shall be conducted online through the e-bidding system of the Local Government and Rural Development Department. Scanned copies of bid security and additional security where applicable shall be uploaded electronically and printed copies submitted to the procuring entity. Contractors quoting substantially below the engineer's estimate shall furnish additional security and detailed rate analysis as prescribed. Applicable taxes shall be deducted and work orders shall be issued subject to availability of funds.
