Solid Waste Machinery Fabrication Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery including one front-end loader with back hoe, two mini tippers of 1 to 1.5 cubic metre capacity and two tractor trolleys. The chassis shall be provided by the Tehsil Municipal Administration. Bids are invited from experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms having NTN, GST, valid renewed PEC registration and 3S facilities including sales, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014 using the EPADS portal. Technical proposals shall be evaluated first and only technically responsive bidders shall have their financial bids opened. Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR in favour of TMO TMA Takht-e-Nasrati shall be submitted through registered courier. Successful bidders shall provide operational training to staff. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery.
