Hospital Maintenance Hvac Services Outsourcing Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of operation, repair and maintenance services including HVAC systems of the inpatient block, floor cleaning and polishing machines, HVAC system of the emergency operation theatre, repair of wooden and steel furniture, repair and maintenance of split air conditioners and maintenance of power generators. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested bidders must register on EPADS. Scanned copies of original bid security shall accompany the technical bid and the original bid security shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically. Bid opening will take place in the presence of bidders' representatives. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
