Event Management Services For Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for hiring event management services for the financial year 2026-27 including venue halls with seating arrangements, canopy and seating arrangements, portable marquees, rental furniture and miscellaneous items, stage and allied arrangements, food with catering services and accommodation anywhere in Punjab. Bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with the relevant registration authorities, tax departments and Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value for each lot shall be submitted in a sealed envelope while a scanned copy shall be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid validity shall be 120 days. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory and taxes shall be deducted according to government rules.
