Green Fodder Poultry Feed Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of green fodder and poultry feed for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement includes 130000 kilograms of green fodder and 27250 kilograms of poultry feed. Eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may download tender documents and specifications free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR, Banker's Cheque or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Director, Veterinary Research Institute shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System along with the technical bid. Successful bidders shall provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total bid amount before issuance of the supply order. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
