Trout Fish Feed Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of trout fish feed including pellet feed, crumble feed and powder feed for the financial year 2026-27. Sealed bids are invited from authorized agents and dealers registered with the relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List. Bids shall be submitted to the office of the Deputy Director Fisheries Trout Culture Training Centre before the closing time and will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the scheduled opening date is cancelled for any reason, bids will be opened on 03-08-2026 at the same time. Bid security of 2% of the total tender value, amounting to PKR 120,000, in the form of a refundable Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Deputy Director Fisheries Trout Culture Training Centre, Madyan, Swat is mandatory. The successful bidder shall submit a refundable performance security equal to 10% of the total contract value within five working days. Late bids shall not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to reject one or all bids under KPPRA Rules. Quantities may increase or decrease according to actual requirements.
