Feed Ingredients Animal Feed Veterinary Medicines Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of feed mill ingredients, animal feeding stuff including wheat straw, silage, wanda, green fodder and sugar pulp, and veterinary medicines for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from reputed suppliers and firms registered with FBR for GST and Income Tax as active taxpayers and registered with KPPRA. Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22-07-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Director Livestock Research & Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. Bidding documents are available through the EPADS portal. Original CDR in favour of the Station Director Livestock Research & Development Station, Paharpur, D.I. Khan shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline and electronic bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Successful bidders shall execute an agreement on judicial stamp paper. Approved rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027.
