Repair Maintenance Emergency Vehicles Motor Bikes Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair and maintenance of emergency transport including ambulances, fire tenders and motor bikes for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from registered auto workshops and auto spare part suppliers having relevant experience. Auto spare part suppliers must specify an existing auto workshop within Diamer city. Bids shall be submitted under the single stage one envelope procedure in properly sealed, signed and stamped envelopes. Bid security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of Bank Draft or CDR is mandatory. Tender fee of Rs. 4,000/- through treasury challan is required for obtaining bidding documents. Tender documents with BOQ can be obtained up to 28 July 2026 during office hours. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day, and if the scheduled day is a public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day. The successful bidder's CDR will be retained until 30 June 2027. This procurement covers vehicle repair, emergency vehicle maintenance, ambulance servicing, fire tender repair, motorcycle maintenance, automotive workshop services, auto spare parts supply and transport fleet maintenance to ensure reliable emergency response operations.
