Description
Hiring of Horizontal Directional Drilling services for 24 inch and 12 inch Quetta pipelines at Bibi Nani through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure on complete package basis. Bidders must possess valid PEC Category C-2 or above with CE-08 and CE-10 specialization, foreign firms must submit joint venture agreements and bidders must hold valid ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 certifications. Bid security of Rs. 4,200,000 is required with bid validity of 120 days. Bid opening will be held at 10:30 AM. Pro Tip: Suitable for HDD contractors, pipeline drilling companies, trenchless technology specialists, gas pipeline construction firms and directional drilling service providers.
