Document Printers Token Printers Scanners Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of thermal label token printers, document printers and scanners through Single Stage Single Envelope electronic bidding procedure. Original manufacturers, importers, distributors and general order suppliers are eligible to participate. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount for each item shall be submitted electronically. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17-07-2026. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes document printers, token printers, thermal label printers, scanners, document imaging devices, office printing equipment, barcode printing solutions and digital document management hardware.
