Hospital Canteen Build Operate Transfer Auction Tender Notice
Description
Auction for establishment and operation of a hospital canteen, cafeteria and tuck-shop under a Build Operate Transfer arrangement for a period of five years. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors registered under relevant laws may participate. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Estimated value is Rs.2.85 million with bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Successful bidder shall construct the new canteen building at its own expense and the contract shall include 10% annual escalation. Bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. on the closing date in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
