Preservation Restoration And Upgradation Of Hiran Minar Tender Notice
Description
Preservation, restoration, improvement, management and upgradation works at Hiran Minar including gateway development, craft bazaar, electric vehicle parking, viewing deck and landscaping to promote eco-tourism, preserve biodiversity and enhance visitor experience. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 or above possessing the specified specialization codes are eligible to participate. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted with scanned copies uploaded electronically and the original bank guarantee or CDR submitted before the closing time. Technical bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. on the opening date. Completion period is six months.
