Procurement of 100 Mbps CIR internet bandwidth including complete supply and installation. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant registration authorities including PTA and tax authorities including FBR and PRA with active registration status are eligible to participate. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System along with a scanned copy of the bid security and the original CDR before the closing time. Bid security of Rs.20,902 is required against the estimated procurement amount of Rs.1,045,100. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
