Framework contract for placement of a fully automatic chemistry analyzer on reagent basis. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Interested firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible to participate. Separate technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically. Scanned bid security shall accompany the technical bid while the original bid security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee equal to 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Estimated procurement cost is Rs.2,341,900. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date. One person may submit only one bid in accordance with PPRA Rule 36-A. Pro Tip: This procurement includes fully automatic chemistry analyzers, clinical chemistry analyzers, laboratory analyzers, reagent based diagnostic systems, laboratory diagnostic equipment and clinical laboratory solutions.
