Uplifting Major Public Chowks Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of uplifting works at Islamia University Chowk Bahawalpur and Kanju Chowk for Makkah Clock Tower through open electronic tendering. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council are eligible to participate. Item-wise rates shall be uploaded electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Digital bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each work is mandatory. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date. Successful bidders shall furnish a digital performance guarantee up to 10% of the contract price before execution of the contract. Conditional bids shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: This procurement covers urban beautification, public infrastructure improvement, landscape development, civic improvement works, public square upgrading, construction activities and associated development works through electronic procurement procedures.
