Livestock Feed Major Parks Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of livestock feed for animals and birds maintained in major parks including hog deer, peacocks, turkeys, geese, ducks, guinea fowl, parrots, chakoor and other small birds. The procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Registered firms, distributors, dealers and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable are eligible to participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting the eligibility criteria shall be considered for award. A qualified or licensed veterinary doctor must be available on the bidder's panel. Feed shall be supplied to designated park sites within the stipulated period. Bid security of Rs.49,930 equivalent to 2% of the estimated annual cost of Rs.2,496,527 is required. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date. The procuring agency may increase or decrease quantities by 15%.
