Load Cell Digital Tester Force Verification Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Supply of Load Cell with Digital Tester for Force Verification conforming to European Standard or equivalent on FOR basis with an estimated procurement value of Rs.3,000,000 and completion period of 03 months. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope (Technical & Financial) bidding under the PPRA Punjab E-Tendering System. Manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, sales agents and distributors of well reputed firms and companies registered on the PPRA Punjab e-procurement system are eligible to participate. Bidders shall submit electronic bids through the prescribed e-tendering portal and submit the original CDR before the closing time. Technical bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on the bid opening date. Earnest money in the form of CDR equal to 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory and bids without earnest money shall not be accepted. Original CDR on the bidder's letterhead must be submitted before the bid closing time, failing which the bidder shall be disqualified. Firms submitting fake information may face blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with PPRA Rule 35 and applicable government taxes shall be deducted under prevailing policy.
