Cafeteria Maintenance Works Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for establishment of a cafeteria, maintenance and repair works of the Male TMO Hostel and annual maintenance and repair works for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6, Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the EPADS portal together with all mandatory documents. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque before bid opening. Technical bids shall be opened on the respective opening dates. Procurement shall be executed through framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27.
